Among the core measures that I believe are easy to obtain is the use of a computerized provider order entry (CPOE). The use of CPOE is easy since the information is directly entered by a licensed healthcare professional who grouped the data accordingly (Ehr incentive program, 2012).Other easy tasks include the recording demographics like the preferred language, sex, race, ethnicity among others. Recording the Body mass index (BMI) and its calculations, plotting growth charts, and displaying the growth rates and the BMI are also among the easy-to-do tasks.There also existed the recording of electronic notes in the patient . The recording, I believe is an easy task since all the relevant information was at hand. Submission of electronic syndromic surveillance data to health care agencies, recording family health history of the patients and reporting other cases like cancer cases to the relevant places are also easy tasks.Generation and transition of permissible prescriptions electronically is a hard task because à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã‹Å"the à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã‹Å"eRx' cannot be transmitted easily by an electric method' (Ehr incentive program, 2013). Other hard electronic activities include the transfer of electronic data to immunization officers and secure electronic messaging services which help in the communication of relevant information to the patients.The use of clinical decision support by the healthcare professionals is a hard task besides ensuring the improvement of performance on certain health conditions. The provision of the abilities to view online, download and transmit patients' health information is also hard. Compiling the information and posting it online for the patients is time-consuming and requires knowledge. Illiterate patients also need to be taught how to view their information online, making it a hard task for the healthcare professionals.
